De-Installation
Our accredited recovery crews — certified technicians and licensed electricians — power down, disconnect, and de-rack your equipment to manufacturer and code-compliant practice. Raised floors, elevators, and egress paths are protected throughout, and every asset is logged by serial number as it leaves the floor.
Packaging & Reverse Logistics
Assets are inventoried, palletized, and packed to carrier specification right at the job site. We manage the full reverse-logistics chain — domestic LTL and freight through international ocean and air — with leading carriers and in-transit insurance, so nothing is exposed between your dock and ours.
Warehousing & Chain of Custody
Inbound equipment is received into our access-controlled, monitored facilities and reconciled against the field manifest. Each unit is tracked by serial number under a documented chain of custody, giving you a complete, auditable record from your site through final disposition.
Remarketing & Value Recovery
Tested and graded equipment is remarketed through our established network of buyers and refurbishers to recover the maximum residual value of your retired technology — generators, networking, telephony, servers, and PCs. You receive clear settlement and disposition reporting, and anything beyond resale is responsibly recycled to applicable EPA and state standards.
